GRPL offers free printing, faxing, copying, and scanning services at all library locations.
Stop by your favorite branch during open hours and visit our Customer Service desk to learn more.
Use our pick-up service, GRPL To Go, to enjoy our nearly contactless pickup option.
Services are free and limited to 50 pages per week. Double-sided printing is considered two pages.
Both black & white and color printing is available. Jobs are queued before printing so they can be previewed before incurring any costs. Find out how to use the printing system in the Library.
You can print from your device in the library or from home using our Print Request Form.

Do I need a library card to print, fax, copy, or scan?
You do not need a library card to print, fax, scan or copy. If you need to print from a library computer you can get a guest pass from a staff member at the Customer Service or computer room desk.
How much is it to use this service?
You may print or copy 50 single-sided pages or 25 double-sided pages per week for free. If you exceed 50 single-sided pages or 25 double-sided pages, you’ll pay $0.15 per page for black and white material and $0.50 per page for color material. Faxing and scanning are free.
How do I pay?
For prints over 50 single-sided pages or 25 double-sided pages, please visit the Customer Service desk to pay. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.
I’ve never been to the library. Where do I go for help?
Visit the Customer Service desk upon entry! Our staff is happy to help you access our printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services.
What do I need to bring with me to get something printed?
You do not need an ID or Library card to use our printing services. Just make sure you have any passwords you may need to access the document you want to print with you.
