Printing Instructions

1. Fill out the Patron Print Request form.

Please include all relevant information on the form, including your contact information. You can upload Word docs, PDFs, or images via the form. 

To request printing in person, speak with a staff member at a walk up window or by calling the GRPL to Go number listed on the sign when you arrive.

2. Once you have received confirmation that your print request is ready, please pick it up within 14 days, during our open hours.

If you have any questions or concerns about picking up your items, please call 616.988.5400, option 2.

3. Notify the library once you arrive.

When you arrive to pick up your items, you may either wait in your car or to go to the walk up window. There will be signs at both spots with the number to call/text when you have arrived.

4. Staff will bring your items out to you.

GRPL To Go is a contactless pick up. If you are in a car, staff will confirm your name, place items in your trunk or the backseat of your vehicle. If you walk up to the front door, staff will confirm your name and place items on the counter at the walk up window.

Faxing, Copying, & Scanning Instructions

1. Talk to a staff member.

To have your documents faxed, copied or scanned, speak with a staff member at the walk up window or call the GRPL To Go number listed on the sign.

2. Fill out a request form.

Staff will provide a request form for you to fill out or will ask you to provide them with the necessary information, such as a fax number, number of copies, or an email address to send the scan.

3. Staff will retrieve your items.

Library staff will collect your documents at the walk up window or from your vehicle.

4. Staff will bring your items out to you.

Staff will fax, copy, or scan your documents, update you on the success of the request, and return your documents.

Services are currently free and are limited to 50 pages per week.

Looking for library materials while visiting the Library? Not a problem! If there is an item on our shelves that you would like to check out, we are happy to get it for you (up to three items per visit). You can ask for specific titles, or have staff pick out a variety of items about a specific topic or genre.
