Building Healthy Brains with Dr. Irving E. Vega

Our brains make us who we are. But it’s rare that we think about how to improve, sustain, and understand our brains. This series Building Healthy Brains With Dr. Irving Vega aims to change that. This bilingual online series will teach you, from the safety of your home, ways you can improve, understand, and strengthen your mind at all seasons of life.

Each session will be taught by Dr. Irving E. Vega, Associate Professor of Translational Neuroscience at Michigan State University. Before coming to MSU, Dr. Vega studied biology at the University of Puerto Rico and gained his PhD in Cell Biology and Neuroscience at Rutgers University. His studies also included a postdoctoral fellowship in Neuroscience at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville.
