Another good site for local art and music stuff is g-rad.org. Especially handy for poor college students is the free-rad section.

Why is there a location listed for "Grand Rapids Public Library" on the Convention and Visitor's Bureau Web site, but no events?

Bill,
I don't see where think the libaries events should be listed on the Convention and Visitors Bureau site. Can you post the link of where you think the events should be listed. Thanks. Asante.

While looking at the search page, select "additional locations". There you'll find Grand Rapids Public Library.
If you select Submit Events from the side bar, while entering an event, you'll find options to add any of the branch locations.

Bill,
The Library Communications Dept. tries to send our event information out to a wide variety of organizations. Although we do send event information regularly to the GRC&VB, this might indicate a problem. I will check on this and correct it. Thanks for your post!
