1. “The lost dogs : Michael Vick’s Dogs and Their Tale of Rescue and Redemption” by Jim Gorant,  (true crime  mixed with inspirational). 2. Puppy Chow is Better than Prozac : The True Story of a Man and the Dog who Saved his Life, by  Bruce Goldstein,  (weird yet compelling). 3. The Underdog : a Celebration of Mutts, by Julia Szabo,  (“we’re mixed, we’re fixed- get used to it!”  (Very funny, great read- 10 barks).  And  4. “Cesar’s rules : your way to train a well-behaved dog” by Cesar Milan,  (another excellent one by the Dog Whisperer)
