Our new site has been up since January. Now that we’ve all had time to get used to it, we want to ask what you think. We want to know if you can find what you need and we want to hear your suggestions.
So we’re inviting you to participate in a focus group on Thursday, March 12 in the Adult Computer Training Center (Lower Level of Main Library). To be a part of the group you need to register ahead of time. We have three different time slots to choose from: 10:00 am, 3:00 pm, or 7:00 pm.
When you show up we will ask you some questions about yourself. We want the site to work well for everybody, so we need to know a bit about who you are. Then we will give you five specific tasks to complete using our website. This will show us if our site is easy to use and navigate. Finally, we’ll gather your feedback.
What’s in it for you? Well, all participants will receive a certificate good for one extra hour of Internet time. Plus, participants will be entered in a drawing to win a bigger prize.
