Kids, keep track of your summer reading using your reading log from your starter kit. Return the completed form on the bottom of your reading record to your Grand Rapids Public Library to receive your finisher prize kit and be entered for some really great prizes.
If you lost your starter kit, download a new kit and print a new form on page 3.
