Request for Business Research Assistance

The Grand Rapids Public Library works to serve the research and information needs of your small business through the Small Business Resource Center (SBRC). Whether you are a seasoned entrepreneur, or are looking to make your start, the SBRC can help! We offer not only resources, but tutorials and research assistance. Appointments consist of one-on-one research help, resource tutorials, and referrals to area business organizations.

Privacy is part of library ethics; no one besides the Business Librarian will see your inquiry, and the Business Librarian will not discuss your business plan in detail with anyone. Should you feel uncomfortable providing information about your business in writing, the Business Librarian can contact you over the phone.
