For all you creative people out there, Sass Fest is the place to be on Saturday. Anyone’s who’s ever been interested in Self-Publishing, Zines, Screen printing, Photography, Sewing, or DIY arts in general, this is the place to expand your creative outlets.
Have you ever thought about making your Christmas gifts as opposed to buying something expensive at the store? Making gifts show that you actually put some thought and time into your gifts for your family.
The Sass Fest Tumblr page has a good description of what this fest is all about:
* VENDORS SELLING THEIR HANDMADE GOODS : prints, paintings, rugs, knick knacks, zines, vintage clothing, patches, jewelry, and more!
* AN ALL DAY CLOTHING SWAP : bring clothes you no longer need, take what you want! all will be donated later~
* WORKSHOPS : learn to make your own zine! the secrets of self publishing! how to sprout seeds! learn to knit! and so much more!
This event is great for everyone!
Everything kicks off at noon on Saturday, November 19, and will go till 7 pm. Everything is taking place at the 106 Gallery, which is on Division Avenue, near the corner of Fulton and Division. Across the street from the Division Avenue Arts Collective 🙂
