Advanced Book Exchange - Good source for out-of-print books. Free search service. Links to MX BookFinder.

Alibris - Excellent, attractive website for those interested in rare books. Offers a search mechanism for locating used, out-of-print and antiquarian books. Alibris also offers the opportunity to share ideas about rare books with other collectors from around the world.

The IPL Books Collection - Contains over 20,000 titles that can be browsed by author, title, or by Dewey Decimal Classification. There is also an advanced search option.

On-Line Books Page - From the University of Pennsylvania, this site accesses the full texts of over 13,000 items. One of its many features is online banned books.

Project Gutenberg - One of the best and most interesting site for online literature. Lists hundreds of classic works of literature that can be downloaded.
