A 1970 Chevelle
One of my favorite activities during the summer is attending car shows. Ever since I was given my grandpa’s 1970 Chevy Chevelle, I have had a love affair with cars. It had such a smooth ride, all my friends loved to ride in it. It was a sad day when I had to sell it, I just couldn’t afford the upkeep. Now I get my car fix going to car shows, and daydreaming of one day owning another Chevelle.
Stop by the West Leonard Library this Saturday, Aug 13, 2011, from 11am-1pm and check out the Grand Rapids Antique Car Club showing. There will be some great classic cars from local private collections. Hope to see you there!!
