I don’t like Summer very much. I’m like a Stark of Winterfell, my mantra is “Winter is coming” every time there’s a heat wave. Thus its no surprise that when a chill woke me up this morning I just smiled and burrowed further under the covers. I adore Autumn, to me it is the best of all seasons. I love wearing scarves and jackets, eating warm soups and stews, visiting apple orchards and watching the leaves change. I’m already planning to grab one of our many books on slow cooker recipes. Like I said, I love Fall and I’m jumping right into the spirit in reaction to today’s cooler temperatures. I can think of nothing better than curling up with a good book, blanket over my lap with a hot apple cider by my side.
I’ve already started compiling my Fall reading list, so I’d thought I’d share.
