Let’s Play! is a four-week workshop for children 0-5 and their parents or caregivers. Let’s Play! teaches the benefits of interactive play. Each week an early childhood specialist will be available to answer questions parents may have about their child’s development. Families must attend all four sessions. YMCA Veggie Van

The YMCA Veggie Van is West Michigan’s first and only mobile farmers market. The Veggie Van runs year round, making daily stops in urban neighborhoods throughout Grand Rapids, assuring that fruits and vegetables are available to people who otherwise have limited access to fresh produce. We sell locally grown, top-quality fruits and vegetables at reduced prices. Additionally, we accept SNAP, WIC, and Senior Project Fresh/Market FRESH benefits. Email mvanderbrug@grymca.org to receive weekly emails with the week’s Veggie Van products.

Join GRPL and Cherry Health for interactive and engaging lessons that incorporate art-making, storytelling, music and movement activities into fun, hands-on educational lessons about the importance of making positive choices in areas that most affect health: nutrition, physical activity, and, based on emerging medical research, sleep.

Genealogy Class: Dutch Heritage Databases

WieWasWie and Zeeuws Archief are online databases for locating vital records in the Netherlands. Zeeuws Archief is the official database for the Province of Zeeland and contains over 5.3 million records. WieWasWie is an official Dutch database with records from all provinces.
