| Free

Event Navigation

So much is already known about birds, yet way more is still undiscovered. Join Ed and Phil from the Grand Rapids Audubon Club on an entertaining trip through the world of birds and ending in your own backyard. You will learn how birds are distributed across North America, how birds are classified, and whether those birds you spot in your yard are permanent residents, summer breeders or migrants. You will learn about types of feed and feeders, what birdbaths and shelters work well, and how to attract more birds to your yard by landscaping with native plants. Get tips on making your own birdwatching kit.
