De-Stress for the Holidays: An Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being in the present moment with kindness, curiosity and acceptance. The holidays can be a time of stress for many of us. In this workshop, learn some of the basic skills to help you have a calmer, happier holiday season. Learn how to calm yourself, practice self-compassion, gain clarity and learn about the power of choice. Choose to respond rather than react, and choose gratitude rather than scarcity. All participants will leave with ideas to practice on their own.
