Taste of Soul Sunday 2013 is just around the corner. We have some great entertainment planned for this year’s event, which will be held February 17 from 1:00 – 4:30 pm at the downtown Main Library. Check out our complete schedule of the day’s events.

Kicking off the day will be Indie folk musician Karisa Wilson. Her debut album titled “Little Girl” won the WYCE’s Album of the Year Jammie. Hear Karisa at 1:00.

Back again for this year’s event is Serita’s Black Rose! This popular group will energize the afternoon with their blend of hip-hop, R&B, Funk, Rock and Neo-Soul. You can catch them at 1:30.

Rosie Chapman portrays Coretta Scott King at 2:30 and is sure to enlighten and entertain all age groups.

Capping off the day’s performances will be Greg Peacock, a Grand Rapids based gospel artist. Hear his personal style of traditional gospel songs and uplifting “lifemusic” at 3:30.
