Do you feel you’ve been wronged by someone? Sometimes forgiving them is the greatest revenge! It allows YOU to feel better and get on with your life!
Attend this event on Monday, November 15, 2010 from 7 to 8:30pm at the Grand Rapids Public Library – Main Library to find out why forgiving yourself and others is something you do for YOU, not the person who wronged you. Forgiving does not mean forgetting or approving bad behavior by another person. It does mean deciding to let go of hurt and anger to feel better. Forgiving is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Attend this helpful and fun event especially for teens to learn what forgiveness is and how to apply it at home and school in order to be happier and in control of your own life. Cool video clips will be shown. There will also be door prizes, refreshments and giveaways!
This event is free but space is limited. To reserve your seats, contact Steve Chappell at WGVU by phone 331-6505 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Parking in the library lot is free for those attending the program.
