The Robinson Studio Collection (#125) is the largest archival collection held by the Grand Rapids History & Special Collections Department Archives. It contains more than 950,000 black & white negatives, with some accompanying photographic prints, containing Grand Rapids views, news, businesses & peoples from the 1930's to the 1960's.

Robinson Studio Index to the Herald Negatives "H", and the "E" "O" & "R" series negatives.

IN CONSTRUCTION, this index provides access to photographs taken, but not always used, in the Grand Rapids Herald newspaper. As such, it can act indirectly as an index to newspaper articles from that time period. Primarily though, it is an index to the Herald negatives series, within GRHSCD Archival Collection 125, the Robinson Studio Collection.
