The Atrium Blog

What to do with those old family photos?

Have you been blessed with a box of Grandma’s old photos? Does your dad tell great stories that you’d like to preserve? Does someone in your family have a significant birthday or anniversary coming up?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions then you should plan on coming to the Library on Tuesday, February 23 at 7:00 pm. Our very own Jennifer Morrison, a familiar face to researchers using our Grand Rapids History and Special Collections Department, will present Creative Ways to Preserve Your Family History. She will share a variety of tips and techniques useful for preserving and sharing family photos, stories, and memories. Come, be inspired, then go forth and be creative!

Haven’t really gotten too far in your family history research? Stop by Level 4 at 6:30 pm before the presentation for a quick tour. Find out what treasures await you and how our staff can assist you!
