Getting an Internet Card
A Library Card (the best option) gives you an hour of computer use and the ability to borrow books, movies, music and more. If you can't get a Library Card and have less than $40 in fines, you can get access to the Internet by getting an Internet Card. An Internet Card only gives you a half hour of computer time and you can't borrow library materials.
